How to Order a Men's Custom Dress Shirt
From our homepage, click the Men's Custom Dress Shirts link. Our website will walk you through the following four steps:
  1. Shirt Fabric

The first step is to select the shirt fabric you would like to use for your new custom dress shirt.  We have a large selection of Egyptian cottons and linens so you may want to use the filter tool at the left hand side of the page.  This tool will allow you to filter the fabrics available by material, color, pattern and price range. You may select up to five different fabrics.
 
2.    Shirt Style:
The next step will be to choose the details of your custom shirt. This includes choosing long or short sleeves, collar style and color, cuff style and color, pocket style, and shirt front and shirt back styles.  
 
3.    Shirt Fit:
This step requires you to input your measurements for your custom fit shirt. We have customers from around the globe so you may choose whether you wish to input your measurements in centimeters or in inches. After you select which unit you would like to use for your measurements, our website will walk you through which measurements to take. Each measurement is listed with a diagram and measuring instructions to help you provide us the most accurate measurements possible. We highly recommend that you have someone help you take your measurements. You will want to spend adequate time on this portion of the custom shirt process to ensure that the measurements you send to us are correct. We will not be responsible for any measuring errors that you make.
 
4.    Shirt Summary:
The final step is to review a summary of your order. This is your chance to review the fabric, style and measurements you have selected. It is also your chance to make changes where necessary. You may select to order multiple quantities of a shirt. Name your order under Custom Shirt Name to make future reorder fast and simple.
 
Click Add to Cart then click Checkout. The Checkout page will allow you to change your shipping address. You may choose whether you want your order shipped FedEx economy (which takes 7 to 10 days) or FedEx priority (only 4 to 7 days).
 
Finally, click Print Order Form at the bottom of the Checkout page. This will electronically submit your Men’s Custom Dress Shirt order details to us. However, you must complete the Order Form and the Payment Process before we will process your order.  We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your payment information.
 
How to Order Custom Clothing
From our homepage, click the Custom Clothing link. Our website will walk you through the following steps:
1.    Type of Clothing:
Use the drop down menus to select the Department (Men’s or Women’s), Category (Suit, Pants, etc), and Sub-Category (if applicable). The selection you make on this page will determine which fabric selections you will view in the next step of the process. 
Next, you will be given the option to upload pictures of the item you wish to order. If you have visited our shop in Vietnam and have been measured by our tailors, your measurements will be stored in your Tricia & Verona online account. This will allow you to simply upload photographs of the item(s) you wish to have made without having to mail us a sample of the item(s). If you have never been measured by our tailor in Vietnam, you will be required to mail us a well-fitting sample of the garment you are ordering. (See Measurements section below.)
 
2.    Fabric:
Next, choose the fabric you would like to use. We have a large selection of fabrics so if you have a particular color or material in mind you may want to use the fabric filtering tool at the top left of the page. This filtering tool will allow you to filter through the fabrics based on materials, colors, and patterns.
You may select up to five fabrics which will be shown along the top of the fabrics page as you select them. (You will later have the option to request sample swatches of the fabrics you selected to help you decide which fabric(s) you would like to order for your custom clothing.  See the Summary section below.)
 
3.    Measurements:
Next you will be asked to select for whom the item is being ordered. This will allow you to order items for multiple members of your family all from one account. This will also allow you to Sign-in to your Tricia & Verona online account to reorder clothing for a particular family member at any time. If you and your family visit our shop in Vietnam and are measured by one of our tailors, each family member’s measurements will be added to his or her profile in your family’s Tricia & Verona online account. This will allow you to order custom clothing for your family without having to send us sample items. (We use sample items to obtain proper measurements for customs for whom we have not measured in our store.)
If you have been measured by one of our tailors, you will be able to use the measurements we have on file for you or your family member’s custom clothing. If you have not been measured by one of our tailors, you will select the option to send us a well-fitting sample item so that we may use that item to get the correct measurements for your custom clothing item.
There is also a box to write any notes you may have about your custom clothing. For example, you may want to tell us to make the dress you are ordering 2 inches longer than the sample you are sending to us. Or you may request that we make a pair of pants 4 centimeters shorter than the sample you are sending to us.
 
4.    Summary:
The summary section is a review of all the information you have provided to us regarding your custom clothing order. You will be able to request for us to mail you samples of the fabrics you have selected to help you chose which one(s) to use for your custom clothing item. We will mail these fabric samples to the shipping address you have listed in your Tricia & Verona online account. You will also have the option to name your custom clothing request under Clothing Request Name. This will allow you to Sign-in to your online account and access this request quickly.
By clicking Submit Request, you will submit your request to us electronically. If we do not have your measurements on file, you must mail a well-fitting sample of the custom clothing item to us in order for us to email you a price quote. Please use an insurable, trackable shipping method to mail your sample item to:

Along with your sample item, please include a separate sheet of paper that legibly lists your name, order number, email address, telephone number and shipping address. This will ensure that we are able to match your custom clothing request with your sample item when it arrives. Once we have received your sample item, we will review your request and email you a price quote based on the complexity of the garment, the size of the garment and the fabric(s) you have selected.  Your sample garment will be returned to you in the same shipment as your new custom clothing.
If we have your measurements on file and you are not sending a sample item to us, we will review your request and email a price quote to you based on the complexity of the garment, the size of the garment and the fabric(s) you have selected. 
You may access your custom clothing requests in your Tricia & Verona online account by clicking on My Requests. Requests will be organized by Pending Price by T&V, Requests Pending your name’s Approval, and Requests Declined by T&V.
Once you have received an email from us with a price quote and you choose to order the custom clothing, please complete the Order Form and the Payment Process. We will not process your custom clothing order until we have received your Order Form and payment information.
